Ambassador Tony Hall

Founder

Ambassador Tony Hall has the longest tenure as the Former Congressman of the third district of Ohio. He is also the Former United Nation's Ambassador for Food and Agriculture and current Executive Director Emeritus of the Alliance to End Hunger.

Rick Carne

Senior Advisor

Rick is the long-time assistant of Founder, Ambassador Tony Hall, and is the former Treasurer of Montgomery County. He has worked along side Tony for many of his Congressional years in the fight against world hunger. rickc.hhi@dayton-unitedway.org

Mark Willis

Director

Mark is instrumental in the advocacy and promotion of legislation, SNAP, community events, and our partners work. Stephanie Patiño-Garfias

Americorps VISTA

​Stephanie, a graduate of Wright State University, is a member of our team as she is deeply committed to the needs of the Latinx community. During her service, she coordinated a Posada, bringing the Latinx community and our team together to share food and discussion. She is a source for Spanish and Arabic translations. She is also working on establishing a Latinx food pantry. In her time off, she is working on her law degree, specific to immigration rights.
