Get Involved

We all have a role in building a just and sustainable food system that works for everyone. HHI and our
partners count on volunteers for direct services such as gleaning, distributing food, deliveries, etc. We
also need community assistance for advocacy, fundraising, promotion, social media, and capacity
building.

You can help simply sharing our newsletter or Facebook post, learning more about hunger or reminding
your friends that there are 90,000 of our neighbor's struggle with food insecurity.
Ending hunger is a realistic goal but only if everyone finds a way to help. Take a look at our information
here and find your role.

Mother Teresa challenged Tony Hall to find his way to help when she said: “do the thing in front of you.”
How will you answer the call?
